"Its a mushroom electrolyte drink so at first once it comes in the mail its all warm it has a strong smell and taste, i don’t recommend drinking it right then and there at all but after you let it chill in the fridge for like 2 days👍 theyre awesome. Best part is as a sports drink if you sweat a lot, it really works, the taste isnt that bad either after you get it cold enough. Its like the first time you try coffee or Yerba, it doesnt taste like a coconut water or Gatorade it kindve an off taste but in my opinion (i live it a pretty hot climate and work sweaty Job) its well worth it. Especially since it comes in a large pack, handy dandy fridge ready sugar free, low calorie electrolytes."
